Configuration and custom settings

Administrative functions are found by clicking Setup in the top right corner of the Planner, Forecast or IBO List screens.

Each user will only see the Setup options that have been enabled for them in the Manage Users section.

Users with full administrator privileges will see all Setup options.

Administration Setup
Organization Profile Set organization name, default currency and number formats, default language and time zone, and organization address. Set Session Timeout length and Export Delimiter.
Lookup Options Define lookup options for IBOs including Interaction Types, Competitors, Won/Lost Reasons, Salutations and more.
Countries Define lookup options for countries and states/provinces that will appear in your IBOs.
Network Access Set a white-list of allowed IP addresses. When this feature is enabled, login attempts from all other network locations will be blocked.
Users & Roles Setup

Users

Add or delete user accounts, set users' names, email address and phone number, set number format, language and time zone for each user. These user settings over-ride the default number, currency and time zone set for the organization.
Roles Define the role hierarchy for your organization. These can be teams, divisions, territories or any other hierarchy that is needed.
Assign Roles Assign roles to users. This controls which IBOs users have access to in combination with each user's permission settings.
IBO Setup
IBO Form Settings for IBO Form options including Default Expert Mode, Advanced IBO Role Filter, Attachments and Extra IBO Field.
Import IBOs Import Opportunities using .csv format file upload from any other edition of Sales Cycle Manager or any other Sales Force Automation (SFA) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
Product Setup
Product Fields Enable or disable features of the Product Information section in the IBO Form including Add New Products On IBO, Hide Product Group, Hide Product Number and Hide Qty & Unit Price.
Products Define Products and Product Groups as well as default prices, product numbers and product descriptions. Products can be added on-the-fly in the IBO form, if Add New Products On IBO is enabled in Organization Profile.
Analytics
Login Activity View and export the login activity for your organization.
IBO Activity View and export the IBO activity log for your organization, including saves, deletions or trial closes.
